A French restaurant produced by Hokkaido-born Chef Kiyomi Mikuni, the representative French cuisine chef of Japan. For about 50 years, Chef Mikuni has worked hard to introduce French cuisine to top-class restaurants and hotels throughout the country, and was a recipient of the Legion of Honour in 2015. In Sapporo, Chef Takahashi, who Chef Mikuni has great trust in, uses specially selected ingredients produced in Hokkaido. He cherishes the delicious flavor each one offers and their ability to project a feeling of seasonality to his cuisine, and prepares culinary delights with which you can savor the full depth and sumptuous nature of the ingredients.
There are also approximately 1,000 bottles of wine produced in France in the wine cellar, and the restaurant’s veteran sommelier will guide in pairing the wine with your dinner.
